ok im trying to make this quote but i dont know how to say it basically im trying to say that someone promises something and they dont really do it..... how would you say it? this is what i had "isn't funny how someone promises something to you that they know they are not going to do" but i dont know about it? it needs something else, maybe change some words...... someone help please!
