like my question i asked about should i get into this relationship with the dude who is like eight years older and im 18 so he contacted me first ive met him once and he has come over and met my mom he is a very nice person and its like im afraid to try to get into a relationship being that i have never really been in one so what should i do? he is soo cool, funny and fun to hang out with so far from what i c. i told him i wasnt really ready for a relationship and all so he was like its cool dont rush into things and he said he would never make me do anything i wouldnt want to plus i am very shy and quiet i dont know. lol its just that the age difference its like whoa! im only 18 i know im young maybe i should just see what happens and go from there i guess.

WOW! rewind! you said he was 6 years older?......tisk tisk....how much older is he really? ha ha ha.....just be very careful whatever you do......older men know how to treat a woman better than guys our age, first of all because they have more experiance and also because they are more mature......my line of reasoning is that younger women are attracted to older men because they are on the same maturity level, as we know women mature faster and men slower so the age gap is closed when we choose someone older.......ummm meeting someone from myspace ummmm not such a great idea......unless you really really trust them and there are some mutual friends and nothing shady is going on.....i have only met one person from myspace and I was friends with them for 3 years before we actually met in person........

People can show a nice face easily when they first meet someone, but that doesn't mean he is like that all the time. Anytime you decide to meet someone from online, be careful. Don't be alone with them for a while... And try to go to public places when you do, such as the movies, dinner, etc...

i don't know it seems very risky........however, he has met your mom so it may be okay. It really depends on what type of person he is, like if he has an education and if he has a plan for the future. the real question you should ask yourself is why he would be interested in someone younger then himself and why he hasn't found someone closer to his own age. I would encourage you to maybe do a background check. Im sorry that i am paranoid but safety comes first and you should be very careful.
