The message I get is Internet explorer cannot display the webpage. These are webpages that I normally can view anywhere. I can't even view the myspace website at this library. I can view like yahoo and informational sites but that's about it. Any answers out there? The funny thing is I can go to myspace on their public computers. Just not on my laptop.

The library is using a network firewall tool to restrict access to sites they feel are inappropriate. It's quite possible that they have a different setup on their desktop computers than on their wireless network which would explain your myspace situation.

its because the wireless connection at the library has blocked such websites. however their public computers might have another type of connection. (like dsl or other than wireless) the only explanation is the connection.
