How do I get rid of this guy forever?

I broke up with my ex because of domestic violence 5-6 yrs ago and to this day he still stalks me. It used to be where he'd stalk me in public and write obsessive crap about me on the internet. Because of the public stalking, I had to put a restraining order on him. I'm telling you, he's crazy and I wish he was locked up or something. Well, he's moved on from stalking in public to internet stalking. I blocked him because he was bothering me on Myspace. I put so many restrictions on my Myspace page that it was not even funny. Even comments have got to be approved. I mean, who can blame me? Well, he somehow sneaked around the blocking system and went straight to my inbox. Now, I asked my husband how he could so such a thing and he said he did not know. He looked it up for me and indeed there was a way he did it but I'm not announcing how. No matter what I do, this guy is 10 steps ahead and the law won't do anything about it. I have reported him on Myspace but it did no good.

the law should very well do something about this creep. it sounds to me like he may be dangerous as hell. check with your local law enforcement and if they don't have one then the state you live in, ask for Internet crimes unit. most all law and every state has this unit. they will track his Internet actions to see if he is the one stalking you and then charge him. they are taking Internet stalking serious now after that 16 year old girl killed herself over it. good luck.

First of all, shut down your present MySpace page and start a whole NEW one. DON'T invite anyone to be your friend UNLESS you know them. Don't ACCEPT invitations to BE friends UNLESS you know them FIRST. Don't use your real name.

I would get myself a gun, learn to use it and if he came within 20 feet of me in public or private, I'd shoot his testicles off.

First of all get rid of your myspace. Just make a new one or else don't get on it at all. Move somewhere where you know he can't find you. Or you could just take some precautions. If it gets any worse I would say that you are in danger. Have you tried talkin to him? Tell him to understand that you have moved on and he should too. Most people are still friends with their ex-husband/wife. Also stop running away from him. Confront him but have your husband there with you so he can protect you if something happens.

try and log on inti his account you got the name just need his password you knew him so perhaps you might know what password he may use

then sabbotage his account he he change his password so he cant use it
