How should I handle my daughter father girlfriend?

What should i do about this situation? My daughter father is 28 and has a 41 year old girlfriend hes been with for almost 3 years. I feel she is hating especially since I told her that we slept together in May they were broke up at the time and it had never happened before. She does little games like change her screennames on myspace and aim trying to be funny directing comments to me. Throwing it in my face that they are together now but not coming out and saying it. I feel she has had some jealousy to me even BEFORE me and him slept together. My daughters father is a deadbeat and doesnt even do anything for my daughter we dont speak and I dont bother them. I want to know how i should handle her besides ignoring her I feel like punching her lights out but thats not the answer. His attention has always been with her instead of his own child, she was even going to have a son by him last year but she lost it. She is also closer to the family then I am. What are some options?
